Mock Surgery

After the discussion I have started dreaming about my approaching surgery…. Had a strong feeling that it won’t get late….  I’ve got my appointment with Dr. Murukan on Friday. Only Friday and Saturday are available for Dr. Murukan as he is the professor of a dental college and his college is so far away from the place where his clinic is situated….. To avoid the experience with Dr. Shivapriyan I’ve decided to stay one day with my sister who is residing not so far away from crown’s Clinic (Dr. Murukan’s clinic). Reached 10 mines before but Dr. Murukan turned up nice and kind…. moreover a friendly person and having music craze too....And a great talkative(me also). … Besides, his passion towards machinery and other fields put me on a great surprise…….. lemme tell a word for him: a genius fellow..... I’ve taken the models though…and that took 3 hours…. I almost tired of those procedures, same kinda one repeating repeating and repeating… model wax stuck on my face neck and the cold icy water spilled on my face yakkkkkk…… 

Sunday morning I got a call from Dr. Murukan on land phone (i was sleeping at that time so i put my cell on silent mood), asking me to reach his clinic as fast as possible cuz my bite which they have taken for the model surgery is not correct so he wanna show me to Dr. Oommen for his suggestion…. i just changed dress grabbed my bag then off to crown dental clinic. i took almost 3 hours to reach there, but a pleasant climate and my forthcoming surgery thrilled me so I have not felt any kinda fatigue or tiredness…

I’m seeing my surgeons on Monday - so I wonder what would be the result…… 

Fifth discussion

The fifth discussion at Dr. Oommen's clinic and I’ve been shown to some of other doctors too just to get some advise from them because my doctors found my case soooo much complicated and risky….. The new doctors, Dr. Sooraj and Dr. Suvy Manuel…..(I found Dr. Suvy Manuel is having some face similarity with Telungu Super star Mahesh Babu…. But my mom denied) are failed to give suggestions so they have decided to take suggestions from another doctor Dr. Sreejith....  For the model surgery the doctors referred me to another doctor, one Mr. Murukan. PA…… Then asked me to get new xray and new OPG of my brace corrected face..... 

Finally the ray of Hope!!!!!

Had another visit to the orthodontist yesterday, he said he was very pleased with the result and said that the brace work will finish in a couple of months and the for the surgery we’ll do a discussion with the surgeons.

My sister is now back from Dubai for a vacation and i was on holiday with my full family…. Enjoyed a lot…. Played tennis with my niece which was tough, and I guess I’m not too fit at the moment…. Accidentally one ball hit on my face, exactly on the front teeth. I had really bad toothache – sort of similar to when I got the braces on at first and they were doing the work that involved moving the roots of the teeth. I called the Dr. Jeomy this evening as I think I will need some pain killers apart from that IMOL PLUS which he have already prescribed and antibiotic because swelling also turned up in the front set of teeth and the risky root canaled one. but he suggested me to continue IMOL PLUS and one antibiotics ORDENT 1-1-1......  I’m feeling pretty rough today and last night. So on the whole, not a very good morning, but a much improved afternoon and evening..I wish the swelling would go down and i still don’t really know  how things have turned out which is frustrating. last night i slept really badly – i had a toothache that lasted all night and I was tossing and turning – awake at 3, 5 and 8 am. Hence I’ve been asleep for most of the day….....

Strange Life!!!!!

I’ve got my next appointment with the dentist on Friday. I wonder how much more my teeth will move and how awful it will look before it gets any better. i hope its only another 3 months before the surgery…its starting to get a bit tedious now and i still can’t speak properly.

Swelling turned up on the front teeth of top set of teeth so Dr Jeomy advised to use one gum powder "GUMTONE GUM POWDER" which made an uncontrollable vomiting tendency so i stopped using and i replaced that with "ANTIPYROL GUM PODWER"  which is having a nice taste and i liked that......

Fourth Discussion

Again a discussion at Dr. Oommen's clinic...... it seems that it will takes ages to finish this whole process......

I accidentally turned up a month early for my dental appointment today. But they saw me anyway at Dr. Oommen’s clinic and my doctor said my teeth do seem to have moved quite a bit. The bottom ones that was having  a big gap is now perfectly in line with the others….and my bottom teeth have move backward and my top ones back quite a bit but still i can't actually bite or chew...:(

Third Discussion

The great third discussion, but this time they only discussed about my current treatment plan and making changes to that because they didn't feel that current one is doing good for me... They are trying to give maximum benefit for me........

Meeting up with Linu Sunny

Well i just can’t believe what happened today!! I was attending a wedding reception one of my distant relative stopped me to ask me if i was going to have an operation…..and it turns out he had exactly the same procedure  and surgery done.  And his teeth doesn’t looked good !!! He is having two dark surgery marks on both cheeks where the jaw begins… It worried me a little but he seems that he is not even thinking about that scars(he also said not to worry about the operation…hmmm). But more importantly that he doesn't regret it at all and wished he had it done years ago !

He was sweet and i’m so glad he stopped me. Hopefully i’ll catch up with Linu Sunny later and pick his brains about the whole thing.
